8 ounce of feta cheese
4 or 5 scallions shopped
2 tablespoon shopped parsley
2 tablespoon or more vegetable oil
Keep the puff pastry at a room temperature, unfold one sheet and cut into square shape. Fill one part with feta cheese mixture and fold to the other end, you can use warm water to close all the sides of the puff pastry. Place the stuffed puff pastry in a greased pan and brush with vegetable oil, bake in the oven for 30 minutes or more.
