Lettuce and spinach salad with walnut: add grape tomatoes, cucumber, croutons, handful of walnut.
for dressing: try our homemade dressing of juice of fresh lemon, olive oil, salt and crushed garlic (optional)

Three beans salad: Can of chick peas, can of small black beans, can of beets. chopped celery, parsley and onion. For dressing, mix 2 tablespoon of vinegar or more with olive oil and salt
